Cancellation insurance
1°) Comfort insurance : see the PDF
It covers any foreseeable event, independent of the passenger’s will, which prevents him/her from leaving (illness, redundancy, death of a relative, legal summons, …..). Cancellation is possible up to and including the day of departure, upon presentation of proof. An excess of 20% will be applied.
2°) Premium insurance : see the PDF
It covers all the reasons, no justification to provide and cancellation possible until the day of departure included. An excess of 30% will be applied.
